General Contest Rules

 

 

• Contest are open to all listeners 18 and older
• Listeners are eligible to win a station contest once every 30 days, or once every 6 months for prizes valued at over $600.00
• Limit one winner per household per contest
• No purchase necessary
• Taxes, service charges, documentation fees, transportation costs and/or other costs associated with prize(s) won are the reasonability of winner
• Employees of Faith Communications, Inc., its affiliates, participating sponsors, promotional partners, other area radio stations and members of their immediate families are ineligible to win
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable
• Winners must pick-up prize(s), in person, with proper ID within 30 days, unless otherwise stated in specific contest rules
• Winners are expected to sign a voluntary standard release form which includes providing Social Security Number
• Unless otherwise stated, all prizes must be picked-up at station, located at  504 Middle Creek Road, Cedar Bluff,Virginiaduring normal business hours: Monday through Friday from9:00am-5:00pm
• Faith Communications, Inc. is not responsible for prize(s) left unclaimed for 30 days from the date of the give away
• Due to delays in the streaming broadcast, listeners to the online stream may not be able to participate in on-air contests
• Listener participation in any contest implies that they grant permission to station to broadcast name, home city and voice as part of the station’s regular programming on-air and on the online audio stream. Faith Communications, Inc. does not sell or distribute information gathered from listeners to any outside party
• All contest judging and decisions are to be made by Faith Communications, Inc. All Decisions Are Final
